LITEON 93450 no luck

well i tryed to flash my dvd and well.. i burnt it..
i saw smoke from my dvd and immediately turned the power off but the dvd died..

it was liteon 0225 can you guys give me a link for a website that selling the dvd on low price?
and is there a tutorial to replace dvd?
and lasting .. i dont have the serial so i must have it?? i have the ck3 and all the other stuff can i get the key from the dvd even if it burnt?

Please tell me you did the slimkey before you attempted the flash...

if you have no slimkey (drive key) u are gonna have big prolems, to get the key u can : get some 1 to lift the chip and rip it, or get some 1 to RGH the mainboard and get it

just get yourself a tx pcb.

have you got your dummy file.

post a hi res pic of your pcb that you burnt.

how did you manage to burn it.

i do not have dummy..
and i burnt it when i plugit back to the xbox and i thnik i connected the xbox power cable on the oposite way :S

Reverse power with no visible signs of damage = Dead drive 90% of the time.
Check if the MT chip is getting red hot.

If it is then chances are it's dead
Otherwise i may be able to recover your key for you.
