hey pheonix81, IN your opinion do you think microsoft is useing the dashboard and fable to get the new security feature on the boxes and then are just waiting untill the 9th(black ops release date) to throw down the hammer? I mean it would make sense to me they want the update to get good and out there and find out who all is modding before they throw down the hammer. would not make sense to ban right away because people would have all run. instead wait and let everyone get good and lazy then bam!!!!! I have a feeling if they are doing that it will happen around the 9th because the last call of duty game sold what like one copy for every system? so would be the perfect title to start the banning with. what you think?

Yeh i'd probably agree, mainly because its been made out to be "this years most highly anticipated game" , COD:BO has been hyped that much that it will no doubt release on ban hammer day. As for the AP25 security i reckon thats their answer to the LT firmware hack as it was most probably undetectable, so instead of trying to detect an LT drive they've just bypassed checking drives and instead let you hang yourself by inserting a backup AP25 unverified disc.

I would not disagree with c4e ever, the guy does alot of good work, all im saying is that the method i chose has worked for me personally and always has done. Tho my latest finding is that fable 3 is now not working and the X value of my 360 has now changed, this is from trying to run Fable 3, yet black ops and all other games remain fine.

I wonder why out of all the new releases that fable 3 was chosen as the dud?

Not yet but i guess we'll find out tomorrow 9/11/10 as i think with Black Ops coming out thats when the ban hammer will hit.

Fingers crossed it misses me tho lol

Yeh i got the same thing, tho i think that you could have an original copy with a scratch and still get this, it could be a flag that something went wrong when loading the disc other than this is you now flagged for banning. Tho we shall see soon enough lol ...
