I'm a longtime xecuter customer and current sxos user. I've never had problems downloading new SXOS versions or other software before. When I tried downloading the new sx autloader today, it just says no permission to download. I just created an account on here , but still can't download. Is this is new thing? Sorry if I'm being stupid but help would be appreciated.

please ignore my stupidity. Just waited a little longer and refreshed. Was then able to download fine
