NO Picture and Sound On TV

wus up yall i just brought a broken xbox 360, it works and turn on but there no picture or sound that come out....so i open to see if there anything wrong with it and it looks normal so i clean all the dust and dirty....but the xbox still dont show pic... :?

yeah i know is broken but what do u think i can do to fix it ? is there a tut or anything of that .....it sound like im the only person who hasnt this problem......the xbox works but not pic and sound ....and no 3 red ring so what can this b?
