LITEON 93450 No power to drive need fixing

i have a lite on 93450(or 16D2S) that has no power what so ever. was trying to modify it for the new LT fw but didnt know i need a via chip(since no one seemed to tell me that over at x360iso) thing i did was i switched sata ports while the drive and pc was powered on and people say that the drive is fried(i dont get how) but anyways i just need to know how much to get this drive fixed and how fast it will take(im guessin round a week or two unless theres a simple way to do myself).

well i wanted to make sure that jungleflasher would pick up the drive(thats where the via chip that i dont have) but back then i was just using my xbox to power the drive(i have the probe3 now)
