ANSWERED No programming cable

So i just got me a cool runner bundle and the nand x from xconsoles and i dont have anything to program my cool runner with it didnt come with the programming cable. Why would it not be with the bundle . Can anyone help

Also im having problems with reading the nand it say i dont have DLPorttio.dll so then i got the .dll and now it says no device found?

I believe you need to purchase a Jtag cable. in order to read the Nand

the no device found would be bad soldering and you need to order a coolrunner programming cable

also the nandx is for reading the nand but you need to have the wires soldered correctly first

i would follwer FiB3Rs guide http://team-xecuter.com/forums/showthread.php?t=76193&highlight=RGH+guide it (in my opinion) is the easyiest to follow guide it talk about settin up nand pro to work and everything u need software related the only thing it doesnt explain (in your case) is programming the coolrunner via LPT cable but couple of searches and u will be able to find it goodluck man let us no if u have any questions (but not before u search for it first )

Um you mean by LPT. If your gonna insult the guy at least tell him that . Also tell him it is of no use if his puter doesnt have a ltp port.

the post i quoted wasn't the OP , it was the first response telling to get an expensive, unrequired cable ( did you even look at what that guy linked ?)
wasn't insulting the OP at all , was asking if he got that cable with the bundle as it supposed to be part of it..(if he hasn't got it maybe he should contact Xconsoles)
and yes i made the mistake of saying USB when in fact it should be LPT
ok happy now , since you've told him about lpt , i don't need to
