What is the best/easiest no soder for the 2.6 for a 1.6 board?

Any suggestions, I've moded a 1.2 but have horrible luck with 1.6's so was gonna do the next one with a soderless adapter.

I think the *only* solderless adapter for the X2 chips on a 1.6 is the Xapt3r 1.6. http://www.divineo.com/cgi-bin/div-us/dd-xb-xapt16 I could be wrong, but this is the official Xecuter product for doing solder-free installs on a 1.6 MB.

If done properly they won't fall out so easily as people say. I had to use a needle to open some of the holes ever so slightly as well as used a small needle nose plier to insert the "legs" but other than that I can drop the Xbox from a quite a few inches over & over, yet they don't come out.

SURGEON GENERAL'S WARNING: Dropping your Xbox over & over from a height of a few inches causes lung cancer, heart disease, emphysema and may complicate pregnancy.

And each time you do it God kills a kitten. :D

The way I did it seems to have a really solid connection, when I had installed it I had SERIOUSLY slammed it a few times (probably harder than I should have) and they didn't budge. I did feel a little uncomfortable with part of the legs exposed and not sheilded (as the chip is right above them) so I cut up the foamish wrapper/pocket thing it came in to just cover each leg and a bigger piece to cover the X3 itself so as to help prevent something grounding it out.
