Filling the holes with solder wont mess anything up provided that you know how.
You actually have to solder to those points inorder to install everything anyway. Before you go soldering on your xbox you should really practice on something else first. Something you dont care about.

Don’t attempt it if you don’t have flux the amount of people who try solder without flux is amazing.
Me being one of them tried fitting an old Xbox 1 mod chip it was a no go from the start a gas iron and no flux = disaster the solder would just not bond at all ended up wrecking the pcb and having to buy the guy a new Xbox.

Take ur time and if it doesn’t feel right then stop there will be a line where you think oh sh*t stop at this point. Flux the spot and tin your iron when you touch it the magic will happen and the solder should bond and fill the hole tin your wire as well and re apply flux to the point when it comes to soldering it down hopefully it goes well for you.
And worst case scenario someone on here could offer a repair service if all goes bad

Good luck and let us know how you get on
