Type: Corona V5 – Xbox 360 E
Slim proto
Dashboard: 16537
Issue: No startup/power up on Stock after removing Demon

I installed the Slim proto and everything was running good. I decided to install a Demon with the Demon Corona V2 adapter and installed the Demon. I wrote the nandflash.bin and ofcourse the stock nand stays stock.
After the installation i started up the Xbox but nothing happening, no beep and no sign of power at all. When pushing the controller the light of the Xbox 360 controller blinks and then go out quick.
I removed the whole installation and put the Xbox back to fully stock, the same problem occurs that there is no sign of life, the xbox won’t beep, the fan is not starting up, nothing at all.
I’m pretty sure that i didn’t lifted any pads or whatever. Also i checked all solder points to find out if something was making a short but could not discover anything.
I hope anybody has a clue what could happened and how to fix this because i'm out of options at the moment.

I included some photos from the Xbox how it is at the moment. I don’t have photo’s of the Demon installation because everthing is back to stock now. Thanks Jos

Today i read the nand with result only 250 read errors, writing the original nand goes good. Bridge connections are made and checked. I think its the end of the show and something happeing to the nand that i can not explain or figure out.
Maybe someone got a suggestion what i could try?

If it was fine at RGH and wouldn't start after installing the Demon, I think you should have taken pictures of the install before ripping it out and hoping it would work again. There should be pictures of that because that's the initial problem.

I would suggest at the least try to wire back up and write the stock nand back and post your JR log. Would help try to figure out what's going on.

You should realy follow the rules and fill out the template but heres some thoughts:
If you cant read/write the nand and the console just turn itself of directly after powering on i would check it for shorts on any voltage.

The proto and the demon are back installed. Reading and writing the original nand are going good without read errors.
Perhaps you somehow blew your southbridge? Or burned some of its nececary voltages.

I'm having the same exact problem except on a Trinity. Anyone got any theories?
Since that is your first post, I am going to assume you have just read the forum rules (I am referring to rule #5 - NO THREAD HI-JACKING).

Start your own thread and complete the relevant template.
