that soldering looks a mess. try to clean it up a bit. soldering is a delicate process and if ur using the supplied nand x wires they are prob already tinned and done need ANY extra solder. if the stby clk is messed up or connections bridged it wont recognize usb device. have u flashed the xsvf timing fiels to CR with nand x? if that works and the nand dumps do not then its def a solder issue or botched point on the mobo

i would get the wires out first, then use a wick or sucker on those points. then check everything out. u just need to barely get those points hot to make a perfect solder connection. its a fast process. looks like u left the heat on awhile and theres alot of flux. ur using flux core solder i guess? just too much of it honestly, thats prob ur issue
