im trying to use jtag tool when i click read nand i get No USB interface device found. drivers are installed. what is wrong.

What OS are you on and what do you mean jrunner isn't working? Be specific and list what the problem is. This is the xecuter product forums and while nandx is a TX product , jtag tool is not, plenty of ppl will help you sort your jrunner problem.

In his defense, coolshrimp, creator of jtag tool is a mod here. But i dont know the protocol for support on that.
On the other side of things, what is it you are trying to do exactly, also where are your pictures of the soldering of the nandx, also have you got the nandx drivers installed. you need to give more information so as we can help.

http://team-xecuter.com/forums/showthread.php?t=54372 heres how to install the drivers etc, but you havent managed to answer any of the other questions, like what are you trying to do, what motherboard do you have, what dashboard is it on etc etc etc, we need to know has much as posilbe and also you need to post pics of your install as that can be 90% of the problem</p>edit, the bandwith message is just for the advertisment, if you downloaded jrunner a few days ago then it will be upto date and will work with no issues

not a lot we can do until you sort this issue out. being able to read/write to the nand is essential.
Check your wiring must be bad connections
