If it's just one bad block and not a whole lot, should be alright. Some consoles have bad blocks. But if your getting a whole bunch, it might be your soldering.

it was every block i figured out why. the tips of the wire were frayed. fixing that now. will try to resolder tmr
ok i got it all rewired. now it just wont read on jrunner. on jtag tool the device is not found yet the drivers are installed correctly
ok i got that done. now when i turn the console on it goes striaght to xell. says its searching for xenon.elf
