No valid key found in Orig.bin ! Help please!

Alright so here's my problem;
im stuck at the step where samread is supposed to copy my key to orig.bin. What happens is that at the dos command prompt, I type xread myserial, I turn off my 360, select XTREME, then I wait 5 seconds(for my drive its 5 not 10) and power on my 360. it reads everything but I get the error :
***No valid key found in orig.bin! ***
and it aborts. After those error I turned everything off and tryed again. Many times. And I still get the error. I tryed to make a new hacked firmware for my USB but I still get this error. What do I do wrong? How I fix this error?

175 views and nobody know how to fix it? I thought it was a common issue since theres a picture of it in Textbook's Tutorial, but all he say is to start over the flashing, which I already tried to do but came up with the same problem.
Nobody has even an idea of what might be the problem, or a way to start over (like deleting the orig.bin in my USB key?)
