No Video after config

The bios flashed perfectly.
I was able to get to the settings pages.
The video was a little wavy so i tried playing with the video config to fix it.
Reset Xbox after changing some video options and no video.

Basically just need someone to tell me a sequence of buttons to press on my controller to reset the bios to the default settings or a way to fix. I have tried re-flashing the bios and this does not fix the problem. Also when i boot using the ms dash, it comes up with an error saying that my xbox needs service. This was after I lost all the video so i assume it has something to do with this issue.

2. What error code comes up on the service screen?

I cant remember which settings they were exactly, i would know what they were if i saw them again. the only number i see on the screen is a grey 05. It says your xbox needs service, call customer support

that's because your hd is not locked.

Why did you unlock your HDD?

I think you were playing with the PAL and NTSC settings. To fix this, there's a step by step fix you can follow. Search my posts for either 'enigmah' or 'D-Pad'.
