NO VIDEO JUST AUDIO

I switched my bios video setting from NTSC-N to NTSC-J and of course once the xbox rebooted I discovered I have no video. Yes it was dumb, anyhow is there anyone who knows a trick to switching is back in the blind or a controller/remote control button sequence?
I tried to reflash 3 times and it doesn't seem to change the video settings back to NTSC-N by default..., no luck???? Now I am a little frustrated.

Well flashing the bios will not change anything as the settings are stored elsewhere...you could try restting to defaults (boot holding a,b,x,y) but i don't think this will solve it.
Certain the video mode is stored in eeprom.

download Enigmah video switcher, burn it to disc and then boot this disc holding B (i think for NTSC).
