No Xeccuter 3 Chip detected!!

This is my fault!!

Ok..all was well no problems. then thought oh lets goto xbins get new bios. download Flashx3. rebooted to config live then loaded C:\bios\X3_1463.bin. i do see xecuter roxs my box!! but then i get error 'No Xeccuter 3 Chip detected' how can i recover from this?? can't boot to config live either

Try flashing an X2 BIOS, then booting to FlashX3 again.

Reflash from here - Use a more recent BIOS!

Well made new iso boot disk using x2 and x3 bios, no joy but i can ftp/http to xbox( i'm confussed) still can't add new bios...any other ideas??

you helped..ok read another thread that you helped with but info i needed was there. thanks didn't say about backup bios (power+eject)

If FlashX3 was working, you didn't need the backup BIOS.

Reflash your chip with the newest X3 BIOS.

yea guys i was having the same problem today and found this forum. i happen to fix mine. i have slayer evox 2.7 install and i install it like 5 times but i was still getting the no xecuter 3 chip detected error. so i booted up the x3's 265k back up and i http flashed the chip with EvoXD6EjectFix bios. and now slayer and all my other apps works fine. i found the evox bios at xbins. oh i almost forgot i have slayers evox 2.7 on dvd-r(duh sorry im slow i was up till 4 am trying to get it to work) so i hope that helps cuz it helped me but than again what do i know im a noob at this stuff. if you have any questions about how i did it feel free to ask

try checking your install
try reflashing chip
try x2 5035 bios
