RGH No xell on screen

I can't boot to xell to get my key, I used jtag tool as it's been fine with my other 360's, but I found that it took ages to read the nand as it's a 256mb jasper, anyway I left it running read the nand twice and jtag tool went to the next stage, I read and wrote the ecc, but when I went to get my cpu key the screen remained blank, the 360 glitched and I got the green rings and the centre light remained on but nothing on the screen.
I decided to write my nand back and I was happy it booted after and all looked ok.
Now I've just tried with the nandpro30, the nand read was a lot quicker as it only read 64mb(I think), but still no xell, the glitch is still working but no output.
I've tried with and without a cap,
Any idea the most likely reason.

Thanks.

I've checked over the wiring, and cables are away from coils,
It's reading and writing the nand, so think that would say the jtag qsb is ok, and as it's glitching would that say the other wiring and qsb are ok?

might be a stupid suggestion but connect av cable and not hdmi, i was stumped why my 512 jasper didnt work (black screen). unplugged hdmi & plugged in av cable and bam, working.

I used 360 multi builder

I did have 2 bad blocks
error 250 reading block BB0
error 250 reading block F60
I checked my nand with 360 flash dump, and it looked ok as it said Analyzed Successfully.

Order in which to check if your console isn't glitching:

1. Soldering. For BB Jaspers you MIGHT need a 68nF capacitor between A and GND.
2. Wire routing.
3. No Bad blocks between 0x0 and 0x4F.
4. ECC writing/creation. (will also tell you if there's anything incompatible in the log).
5. CPLD Programming.

If all the above checks out it should glitch.

1. I've checked all wiring, and tried with and without cap, I'll remove and resolder later if I get nowhere.
2. wires are routed close to xclamps(away from coils) and secured to board with hotglue, but not touching board.
3. Not sure on the bad block thing, I need to look into it, (are mine ok)?
4. ECC read and wrote ok
5. Is that the coolrunner, I got programmed ok.

Thing is it seems to be glitching, as after 2-6 green flashes of the coolrunner the 360 boots(green ring lights and steady centre green light).
The 360 is connected ok,
I'll look into it later, got a couple jobs to do first.

Thanks.

So it's working ok but no TV output?

Gotta say check the obvious first - make sure you are using an AV cable.

If for some bizarre reason you can't get it to come on screen and you need the CPU key, connect the console to your internet router and boot Xell. once the green lights cycle, scan for the port assigned by your router (download a port scanner for this). It will take between 15-20 secs for the IP address to be assigned. once you have it, go to that address and get the CPU key that way.

Well I'm cooking the gas but it's strange,
going back to it after a break, I was confident the wires and soldering were ok, but the av cable and monitor worked fine, but I got a tv and another av cable and bam, I got xell, so continued and it's working fine, boots quick and works on my original monitor/av cable.
So for some reason my monitor/av cable(that I've used on many many 360's) wouldn't show xell but works fine with the 360, and checked with another 360 after, and it worked with all my other glitches.
I might gletch another tonight and see what happens.
Thanks for all the help.
