GENERAL none AP2.5/XGD3 games still safe?

hi guys. ive tried to find an answer to this, but i cant seem to find anything. would i be right in thinking that backed up games that arent XGD3 or have AP2.5, like F1 2011, should still be fine to play? thanks in advance

i know no backup is 100% safe, im on about the recent silent update of the DAE tables. surely games without AP2.5 are as safe as before, so as safe as possible online?

Using XBL with flashed firmware/copied games is a bit like using a condom, you'll probably be ok. But dont go crying to the manufacturer if you get screwed over.

Originals should be fine. Its not the FW they are scrutinising but the discs.
