Ok so I have an Xecuter 3CE with a 1.6 box and I've the chip in and it starts up to the blue flash bios screen, so do I just flash it with Flash Bios V301 and then what do I do after that?

alright. I'm in a nice mood today so I'll tell you how. You have a v1.6 with X3CE. First thing you need to know is that you will need flashbios 3.0.1 to flash hacked bios properly. Since you have X3CE, flashbios 3.0.1 should be located in banks 1234 (set your x3 cp switches to on on off off off). You then should see flashbios 3.0.1. Then you need to flash with X3 bios named X3 3029 v16plus.bin.
