LITEON DG-16D4S - SLIM Noob competely lost in jargon, please advice

Hi.

I am completely clueless when it comes to 360 modding.

I work at an amusement park as maintenance guy and I have on my hands about 20 XBox 360 slims that are in old Demo kiosks.
Problem is they are old and DVD drives are starting to fail. So I need some advice.

AFAIK all the Xboxes are built in 2010 and so far I only seen Lite on DG-16D4S 9504 DVD drives.
So my question is, what tools I need to extract DVD key from faulty drive, and write it to replacement drive?
To my understanding I do need JungleFlasher software, but what hardware is needed? Also I understand that the drive needs to be unlocked to be able to write the DVD key.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

So if I understand what I'm reading correctly all I need is X360USB Pro v2 to read the DVDkey from old drive and write it to replacement drive?

All I need to do is get the replacement drive to work with the Xbox. I'm not going to flash them with any custom firmwares.
Also I am aware that I can just replace the PCB with the original, but since I am using my employers money for this I might just as well do it properly (not to mention the possibility to mod my personal Xbox in the future).

The consoles are my employers, and are for customer use, so modding is out of the question. I just need to replace faulty DVD drives.

Most likely the lasers are at fault. So just change the lasers. Alot easier.
