Noob confused by info overload.

Allright now im totaly confused. All this reading. I have a zephyr cb=4578. Looking to mod for game play via USB HDD drive. Most every forum I have read says this cb is unexploitable. Came across this site that says http://forums.xbox-scene.com/index.php?showtopic=719191 and in its description it says
** Currently only for motherboards with the following revisions:
- Xenon with a CB 1888, 1902, 1903, 1920, 1921 and 8192
- Zephyr with a CB 4558, 4571, 4572, 4578 and 4580
- Falcon with a CB 5761, 5766 and 5770
- Jasper with a CB 6712, 6723 and 6750

Is my zephr exploitable or not?

Do i need to install a nand-x before doing so? What are my options? Any help is appreciated!!

Have you actually dumped your NAND and checked your CB? In principal CB 4578 is not exploitable, however I can't recall correctly but you might be able to use the Falcon smc files with that CB to run the hack. Search the forum there is a post with that topic.

But the only way to be certain first is to dump your NAND and check it in 360 flash tool ...

Yes, Zephyr with CB 4578 can be jtagged, but by using all the Jtagging files present for Falcon consoles.
