noob flashed wrong

i just got my xecuter 2.6 solderless in and went to flash for the first time but after the flash I get the standard Xbox green load then a frag. I read around and know I had a bad flash. the parts that I don't understand are how do I reflash from the disc and should I have had the switches in any particular order?

If you got the standard xbox green loading screen (flubber) then it frags you probably also have an errror message with an error number in the top left corner of yoru screen.

whats the number?
