Noob Needs Help

Ok i installed my chip into my xbox. Then I downoaded the bios to my xbox using a disk. But now when I try to turn on my xbox by just pressing the the bottom button fast the xbox comes on then shuts off then comes on and shuts off again. It does this like three times. Then my eject button (I changed to blue) well half of it flashes and the other half stays solid and there is nothing on the screen.

Can someone please tell me if I forgot to do something. Oh yea I heard something about evox but I don't know how or when to install it.

First thing I would do is to recheck my soldering job.

Yes this definitely sound like a soldering problem. Check your Do wire and make sure the sodering joints are shiney and not lumpy bubbles of solder.
