noob question

hey im a noob and want to know an answer to my question if anyone can help.
i want to buy the x3 but i am not sure how to install it using the pin header.

do i just solder down the pin header then plug the chip into it? is it that easy? and how to you install the external switch. do u just have to plug it into the chip and wire it outside and thats it?

1st ... depends on your xbox Version !
at least you have to solder the pinheader and the D0 wire ...

2nd ... if you can solder ... it's easy ...

3rd ... the external switch is just "plug and play" and sticky tape
