Noob questions

I keep looking around but find im going in circles.
I have x3 and a 1.6 crystal box.
I also have the slayer 1.6 and installed to f drive.
I dont know if that is correct.
1. how do i activate the slayer menu please.
2.switch 1 & 2 have to be pressed in all the time to get the x3 logo is this right ?
3.How do I see the contents of my hard drives ?
4. how do i copy games to the hard drive from a dvd in the dvd drive ?
I know this must seem like old hat to all of you, but i had never even seen an xbox till 3 days ago.
I cant seem to find a decent guide to show how to fully use the x3 chip and the switches besides just flashing the bios.
I cant activate the slayer menu on boot up of the xbox so dont know what features it has.

1. use the x3 bios to set the name of the slayers .xbe file to first priority (e.g if its called default.xbe change the boot priority to default.xbe)
2. pressed as in left on (external switch) that right
3. get a dashboard like unleashx and use file explorer
4. use game copy feature in unleashx

to flash the bios have the first two switches on, then use internet explorer (type in ip of your xbox) to flash the x3 bios on bios slots 1,2,3, and 4

then once you load the x3 bios menu take your time and set it how you want

I'm wondering what everyone is using after the new system update? and if black ops is ok to play?

Hi there,

Im running LT V1.2 on a BenQ Drive and have updated to the kinect dashboard and Call Of Duty Blac Ops works just fine for me so...ye...lol
