hi im little noob but i have a question question about xell i have 16203 dashboard trying to update my dashboard using blackey TUT i used Simple Nand Flasher to dump my nand but i couldn't get the the cpu key for my old xell or dashboard that's what the nand flasher telling me so im trying to boot to xell using Eject button but it wont work i boot to dashboard so i thing i need to update my xell to latest one to supportt HDMI v0.993 how to update it i download it but i couldn't make the update

thanks for help just fixed up loaded to xell and updated to the latest XeLL Version and grabbed my cpu key

Ironically you are only 2 steps from automatically updating from here (if you're using 3.08 or newer):You can get cpukey with dashlaunch installer
Enable updserv.
Run the Update mode option in J-Runner to update.
