Normal temp of gpu?

Everytime i turn it on it gets warm instantly and is not touchible after 8 min. Is this normal. This console has never had the red ring before and i replaced the paste and it kinda helped. I just want to make sure because i dont think this is normal and i cant afford a reball right now

Do you have any way to read the temp with a probe or anything? What are the fans doing?
