Norton says jtag tool is virus

Hey guys every time i try to download the jtag tool, norton says it is a virus. does anyone know how to allow the program i was looking around and couldnt find it. I am running windows xp with norton antivirus 11.

Disable it, or turn it off or add it to the exceptions list.
