Not Allowing to Flash BIOS

Hello,

I am trying to flash bios.. (pressing power and eject) but it's not going into the flash bios screen..
it restarts 3 times and then blinks red+green
it's not soldering because it worked just fine before.. i think it might be something with the chip itself

to follow up to that question....

i guess essentially the backup bios dissapeared.... is there a way to get that back? i have been reading posts here all night but i can't seem to get anything solid.. i have xbox 1.0

Why do you need the backup BIOS? Try booting from all banks and see if you have anything which works. If you were able to boot from banks 1234 and now you can't, it could be a soldering issue.
