Not booting from DVD and get error 13

I accidently pressed update config on 'x2 Config Maker v5035-0.3.exe'

Nothing was loading. According to that app, Debug was set to on and I unticked it as I investigate what exactly it did, but I was going to just edit using FTP.

This made things happen, I got a blue load screen and then an error 13 crash with half the screen blue on the diaganol.

My problem I think is that i was messing with Live before I modded it to see what it was all about and have got and updated dash which is what is crashing EvolutionX so need to install Slayer.

Problem is now, I've burnt other DVD's with other dash's on but now its not booting from the DVD, just the hard disk to error 13, so I think the X2 config file is wrong and now I don't seem to be able to access the disk.

I'm wondering is there a way to get access back to the disk via another bios? Going to have a go with xUbuntu to see if I can access the disk.

Have autoinstaller 3.10 but because the box now does not boot DVD's is not doing me any good.

Bought Tesco (UK supermarket) brand DVD-R's the other day and they seem to be working fine, can only burn them at 4x min.

Will try getting an earlier version of X2 but that is going to be difficult. Will ask the supplier.
