Not booting Stock NAND

I'm sorry to say, but it hasn't been fixed, however I have found a work around thanks to DreamZ

Thats what I was saying, it was a really wierd box.
I didnt have a working rol board so I was only able to test via demon switch.

I managed to get it doing that after sbr was connected to correct point and retouched up other points.

It may be an issue with alt rol point on jtagqsb but since I didnt have a spare rol at the time I wasnt able to test.
With my rol in the console wouldnt even turn on so I. Knew my rol was borked.

Sorry shuttleu but I tried lol.

Maybe someone might be able to chime in now with an answer or explanation.
I didnt touch ktag qsb as shuttleu can prob tell. I only redid rjtag wires and post qsb.

Hope it gets sorted coz I kinda grew fond of that board while it was here lol

Does It do the same thing if you put the kiosk wire back in?
I.e running rater with rjtag as if your ratering then stop and switch nands and turn console on again using rater with stock enabled.

Does it stop at 'branch' ?

Does it still do what I said on phone when it will rrod if you select stock nand first?
I remember when I turned on powerpack and demon was selected first it would boot. But if I applied power and then went to stock it would funk out.

Only really seemed to boot stock after it was turned on first with demon selected then switch to stock.

Tbh ive never seen a box do anything like that and ive done loads of demon installs lol.
If it gets on ya nerves after a while bring it to where I live and we will pour super tenants on it and watch the crackheads devour it lool.

Another thing. You could solder in sync to sync button. Then just use the sync button to switch

yes, but even if I switch it on with the demon selected, then switch it off, switch nand and switch it on, it will rrod

so essentially I have to switch it to stock WHILE it is switched on

Might be worth checking the JTAG QSB especially if its playing up when RF Module is attached but working ok when not attached. Especially resistor (R2P12?)

Thats OK then - Just the rest of the install that is playing up.

From someone who has gone to saying its pointless putting pictures up and then turning around saying its all fine, for another couple of people to point out errors do you not think it might be worth checking the resistance is correct? for the 2 seconds it will take you to put a multimeter on it!

OP - you were given an option to get a pro to look at it. Instead someone offers you a free look who spent his time asking ME about it on IRC.

If you want it fixed, send it to a pro. End of.

tbf, ive never seen a console do that before. when i got it home it wouldn't boot stock atall, only rjtag.
after a quick retouch and wire replacement i kind of got it going.
it happened on the other xbox he put it in also and ive never seen an error like this before so it was a first for me.
i did say it was a free look and only got postage money for the item to be sent back but it works via the way hes doing atm and i couldn't figure out what would stop it working the way it should

i tried me best in what time i had free lol

I didn't mean any offence by my comment. Ability is gained through knowledge and experience. The point was the OP is bitching that it's not working and we're 4 pages into a help thread when the best advice (get a pro to take a look) was ignored.
