LITEON 0225 Not reading any discs after fitting new tx pcb

Hi i have already posted a thread on this before and still no joy. I have the Lite-on 0225 drive with the tx unlocked replacement pcb board. I originally flashed the drive with lt.2.0 and 1.91 Everything flashed correctly, however I received the Open tray error. I tried flashing with the 1.92u and then even tried Jungle Flasher 1.85 and 1.91 Nothing worked. I returned the PCB board thinking that it could have been a defective board. Received the new board and flashed with LT 2.0 and JF 1.89 and still not working, getting the same open tray error. Also fitted new laser and still same open tray. I have checked the laser it moves and lights up the disc spins so i cant understand what it could be really. i dumped my key from the orig 0225 3 times and ive tryed all 3 so cant be that either.

I have read through the forums and it seems this is a common problem but there is no fix that I can find. Does anyone know how to fix this?

try moving the laser up then plug in ur xbox, open the tray, plug it out with the tray open for 30 seconds and then repower it and see hopefully it will work, worked with me

what tools are you using to flash your drive.

also post a good clear pic of your tx install.

also have you tried retails.
