LITEON DG-16D2S Not Reading Disks

Hi Guys, Need a little help please.
I had my liteon drive that I flashed with LT + 2.0 and that worked fine. I then put the latest update on and disks were still working.
I then thought I would update to LT + 3.0. I am running the lastest jungle flasher and plugged in my drive using x360usb and ck3i. I also have the probe 3. I already had the dummy file and loaded it up and it auto found LT + 3.0 I went through the norm but the erase went through but for some reason didnt work and what I can only say just erased evrything. I managed to get the drive to read again by doing the intro fix and this seemed to work.
When I tried to flash it again it wrote everything but would not outro??? So I thought I would use the probe to get the key and then install the firmware that way.
This worked and finished the outro with thanks c4eva? I then boot up my xbox and all I get with backups and normal games is the open tray issue???

Sorry its long but wanted to get lots of info for you guys. Any help would be amazing cheers.

try flashing back to stock first to see if originals play
I had a similar this. with one of these drive after getting dummy file
I had to unplug everything and try again but useing intro to open
flash and skip erase just loaded dummy and select auto load
lt+ firmware and write as it erases before flashing.
even works if crashes when flashing causing bad flash do above and reflash
and play
