XGD3 Not reading?

Okay, i've tried backing up MW3. I've burned it with a ihas 524 B or something like that to a Verbatim DVD +R DL made in Singapore. I have flashed LT 3.0 to my drive. Sometimes it shows "Unrecognized Disc" and sometimes it says "Play Game" but doesn't show the title or anything and when I press A just takes me back to the dashbored. What could the issue be here? Also it plays the og games fine, just not the backed up version.

I don't have them, but I tried it on my other flashed xbox and it worked fine...

Its not the game though. I know that for a fact. Question though how do I pick with firmware to flash onto my drive out of the lite-ons?
