LITEON DG-16D4S - SLIM Not Unlocking problem.

I have a 9504 drive. I'ts been locked and the firmware on it is 0272.

I am using a Sputnik probe with resistance of 10ohm.
I rubbed the place where the cut was to be made with fiberglass, and i made an incision.

I am now probing the hole next to the incision as in the tutorials and i'm trying to unlock the write protection but JF just keeps doing the .....................................................................................................

What could be the potential problem here?
Wrong ohm resistor settings on the sputnik?
Cut not deep enough?
or not cleaned the surface properly with the fiberglass?

Here is a photo, ignore the black part, it just seems to be weird, its all brownish on my side., the cut goes through the whole thing. let me know if u need a clearer photo.

clean it up more with fibreglass scratch pen, especially the pad directly to the left of the cut (probe point) If you have a multimeter check to make sure its cut correctly

the drive started writing the firmware but it got stuck at the first ".' on the first bank and then jungleflasher crashed.

Now it won't detect the drive =|

suggestions? :S

no no no, i'm using a x360usb pro.
After a few dozen times of retrying, I disconnected teh 360usb and reconnected it again. now it's all good now.
reading again. managed to get in vendro intro mode.

thanks.

your issue then was the bold bit - that should have been 0x0000
