nothing happens after flashing? cromwell flashing

i have flashed my mod xecuter 2.6 and have 1.6 xbox, but still gtting the cromwell screen, i cant play any games when the mod chip is on? am i doing something wrong?

im a total noob wen it comes to this.
been ripping my hair out for 2 days now

i have tried both banks and flashing it using disk, but keep getting the same flashbios screen
