RGH NXE is FreeBoot [under GLITCH] ?

Hi,

i have successfully done first two RGH console with DashLaunch+FreeStyleDash.

Question:

- hacked dash on such consoles will be called from now FreeBoot, or
- FreeBoot is the thing that replace MS NXE on RGH consoles ?

Just want to understand, since i only RGH [not a JTAG] man.

Its called FSD (Freestyle Dash)

I mean original MS dashboard running on RGH console, does his have the name[hacked dashboard], or just MS Original Dashboard ?

thats called freeboot it allows you to run unsigned code such as xex menu, FSD and so on,

So to be sure, that dashboard which is running on RGH console and looks exactly like 14699 original MS dashboard on a regular [NON JTAG/RGH] console is called FREEBOOT !

XBOX dashboard is known as NXE (New XBOX Experience), currently 14699. The official 14699 and the 14699 FreeBOOT are the same thing, except the latter being modified and allowing unsigned code, etc.

Additionally, Freestyle Dash is not a replacement dashboard for the XBOX core itself, it is simply run from the XBOX as a game from NXE FreeBOOT.

I see now:

- FreeBoot is modified original dashboard which is running on JTAG/RGH consoles
- FreeStyleDash it's just an homebrew application which looks like old dash.
