i flashed my bios bank 1 with a 2x256 and when it turned off i got the chip flashed 3 time and the light on the frount flashed green red some one help

That means your chip can't find the bios... i.e. you flashed some bad ju-ju...

boot to your back-up bios by pressing power and eject on boot. Then re-flash a proper bios... get it from xbins!

need help flashing bank 2 and if it is evan bank 2 and help with what bios i need and every thing

What version is your xbox. If it's 1.6 you need X2 bios 5035 for 1.6, if not, you have to use the one marked "Old"

Get both from xbins, load up flashbios and flash it on there.

The "backup" the guy above was referring to is a feature on the X3 (which I keep getting more and more impressed with) the X2.6 doesn't have it, so hopefully you still have flashbios on a bank.

which chip do you have?
which bios did you try to flash?
which box version do you have?

the more the details of what happened the better chance at solving your problems

Holding the power and eject on boot does nothing for me...... i have tried with 2 chips a 2.6 and a x3 both i have flashed the wrong bios on.... is there another way to reset the chip back to the factory?.....

it should work for the X3
but will not with an X2 chip as it does not have that feature

what happens when you swtich banks?
