I have a ver 1.0 xbox here
I have done the wire install for a x2.6, now it frags on start up with the chip enabled. I have gone as far as taking my meter and going pin to pin on the wire harness, checking voltage readings.
my number 1 lpc LCLK which according to this post http://xbox-scene.com/articles/lpc-diag.php should be point 2 thats 0.2 volts, well
I am getting 0.08 volts here. This is the only power reading that is not by the book.
now, would this cause the chip on boot to frag on the flubber start up?
as this xbox is not completely starting up, it either gets a single dot in the middle of the screen, or goes dark and you can hear it but no video.
