want to say thanks for your efforts and it looks so tempting but i got V1 and ck3i just recently bought cant afford all these new innovative products
I know it may sound stupid, but can it be possible at a later time to provide the cases alone, i like to keep my stuff neat and in great shape :cool2:, got 2 spare usbpro cases in case one broke and so on, and happened with the ck3i, lost a button, and cant replace it :biggrin:
Looks great guys. This will make a even better portable option for me. I love the new DVD ripping feature. I figured you guys would go with a SATA power connector eventually. No big deal, I have two of the Molex to SATA adapters sitting next to my setup already.
Only one question...How the hell do you plug in a Molex connector wrong, lol? They're corner molded so you can't do that. I mean I guess you could if you went to town on it with a Xacto knife & ten minutes of dumbass training, but is that really a problem, lol?

No!0500 CFW will only come after 1175 been totally crack, and if M$ security mesures dont change in the next dashbord updates or another new drive dont get released.

I know there not in it for the cash and on the sata side of the usb pro v2 there is only 2 new feature the faster ripping and the ripping feature on ofw drives.
This is just an all in one tool that is cheaper and easier to use than two products the main features of this product is the addition of the ck3 and the new ripping
you dont need the hdd add on anymore

the best feature for me is the 0800 ofw rip with win drive letter no more pc restarts to get xbc to find drive!

I honestly don't understand why everyone is complaining about the new version 2. iPad's, iPhone's, Droid's, HDTV's, Computer's, and every other product in existence has a second, third, fourth, and fifth version you have the option to buy if you're interested in the model's latest features.
It is not as though TX has released a new X360USB version every 6 months. We are not on version 6 here, with version 5 released this past Christmas. I agree with your statement, people have just become beyond spoiled with TX's products allowing them to do what it is they would NEVER be able to do on their own.
I just don't get all the whining and complaining by members who feel as though TX owes them something because they bought version one X amount of months or yrs ago.

We recommend you use the full 12v. The power connector is SATA now not MOLEX (stop stop people plugging in power the wrong way around and because most PSU's have all sata connectors as default. We provide a molex to sata adapter cable free of charge with the kit.
To be honest I was kind f concerned about this for the few people who don't have a burner max yet. Another example of how much tx spoils is.

An external MOLEX power supply will work fine, you can use the supplied adapter to convert it to SATA.
Molex power supply with the provided molex to sata adapter or USB to molex with said provided adapter USB route will not give you all the features but will allow you to flash some drives

You could use a USB to SATA power adapter (if such a thing exists) but that would only output 5v which is fine unless you are working with Hitachi drives.
