So you want a USB to SATA 5v Power Cable
Exactly  That was the point I think.

...so you dont have to use the Sata to Molex cable that already comes with the X360USB PRO 2 ?

I guess we could make one - i don't really see the point though ?
I personally have external PSU so I don't care. But I guess they (rendis.adio) asked for USB to SATA 5V Power Cable in case they don't have external PSU (either MOLEX or SATA) at all. Then what they need to do to get 5V power for flashing the drives? They need to use USB port but it is not enough to have that MOLEX to SATA converter from the X360USB PRO v2 package. They aslo need USB to MOLEX 5V Power Cable and then they can use MOLEX to SATA converter.

In this case, USB to SATA 5V Power Cable should simplify this as they don't need to plug USB to MOLEX 5V (one cable) and then convert it to SATA using MOLEX to SATA converter (second cable)

Got the usbpro and CK3I, so I would not need this, but idiots here sell V1 for a v2? Ok if you never had a CK3I then I get it but people have said on the thread that they have sold both for this? I think this a method to milk money and will get flamed.

Have you even seen the new features

What if they sell their V1 and CK3i for more than what buying a V2 costs? You call guys idiots for doing that? Don't you think that makes you sound like a bit of an idiot? (i'm not calling you an idiot i'm just telling you how it will look to everyone else reading this)

You don't have to buy it if you don't need it - why do people always come out with the line "a method to milk money"? Forgive me for sounding patronizing but this is called a business - you make a product that people will want and you sell it for a profit. You know what business is and what jobs are right ?

We just spent months designing this - its an awesome product with awesome features. if you don't need it or like it, don't buy it. It doesn't get any simpler than that.

suppose for the ultimate portability a USB to SATA POWER (5v) would be handy if you could make them Uber (so use 2 USB ports on laptop). Saves buying a Molext and those Ext Molex PSU are cumbersome. I would probably buy one.

Well you can do that now with the USB to MOLEX that we already manufacture

However if its something thats wanted - i'll make it

I pre ordered one and have looked over most the replies here but I am wondering will this not be able to probe for the key on DG-16D2S drives? Or is that not needed anymore? Its been a while since I flashed one.

that would be great if you did xecutor. would save buying your usb to molex cable and having to plug the sata power to molex on the end of that. I can leave my ext molex psu at home which would be great and carry less cables too.

Does anyone know the price of this ultimate 360 flashing tool?

And we can dump the original firmware of the liteon 1175 only with that product or x360usb pro 1?
Without any of these two product we can'd dump the original firmware for liteon 1175?

Does it need only usb ports for the power of this product or it need and the desktop power cable(Pic)?

Does the x360usb pro ii upgrade with the same way as it upgrade the x360usb pro 1?

With switch at off and when it begin the update process turn the switch to on?

And the drivers are different than x360usb pro 1 doesn't it?

And can you power on this product entirely from usb ports or it need and the classic power molex that desktop has?

So i can't connect the x360usb pro ii with a laptop that it doesn't has any power molex either normal either sata power molex.

So from where i get power if i want to connect and flash any xbox360 drive with x360usb pro ii entirely from a laptop?

Can anyone show me a picture that i can connect ONLY with laptop the x360usb pro ii and flash correctly any xbox360 drive.

I want to know how exactly i can power the x360usb pro ii and xbox 360 drive without any desktop power or molex only from usb ports that i have in my laptop.

thanks.

So without desktop power or any that kind of product you can't use the x360usb pro ii.

If it need to buy other products to power the x360usb pro ii so you can flash any xbox 360 drive without any desktop power at all then i don't thing that product is for flash drives only with laptop...

I like to home that the x360usb pro ii can power by 3-4 usb ports so we can flash the xbox360 drives only from laptop without anything else...

This for me it is very disappointed news.

Why is it disappointing?? Why not just buy a power supply to molex that plugs in to the mains?? Thats what i do and i use a laptop, not exactly hard.

If your not happy then dont buy it. Theres you thats disappointed and thousands of us that aren't.

Cant please everyone.
It is disappoint for me because to use the x360usb pro ii with laptop you must buy another product so plus money.

As already tallied i hope that xecuter did find a way to power this product from many usb ports and molex power but NOT only from molex power.

And the x360usb pro ii cost 80$ that it isn't as cheap as you thing.
Plus 15-20$ the molex house power to molex power we reach at 100$ so....

Can Ubergeek confirm or not if USB PRO 1 will have a firmware update for the ripping hability ? :)
Yes that is a very good question.
Now that come out the x360usb pro ii the support of x360usb pro 1 stop or not?

Compare that to the previous way of doing things... X360USB PRO 60 ck3i 40 (or mini 15) usb-molex 5 or molex power adapter 15... This is more feature rich than a x360usb pro and ck3i but cheaper...
No you don't have right because anyone that buy x360usb pro ii it would buy it for the feature that offer to flash any xbox 360 drive without the use of desktop only with a laptop and believe me if it wound to buy one offet like this that it has the price that is cost ONLY x360usb pro 2 and it is a full package with no need anything else to flash any xbox360 drive from your laptop.

And now that released the new x360usb pro 2 maybe the above offer it gonna be cheaper so...

It's like you've read nothing at all and are just trolling the thread. Everything is explained in the OP. If you don't understand then this product is probably not for you.
I understand that you need a power of desktop or one product that give you power from pc power to molex power.

And one very serious question is that now that the new x360usb pro 2 released if the x360usb pro 1 stop supported.

Does it released any new firmware for x360usb pro 1 for dump original firmware for liteon 1175 drives.

and finally what op do you mean and i am not trolling simple some things i don't understand and i ask here is so bad that?

I asked if you stop the support of x360usb pro 1 because it released the 2.

Can you please tell me how i connect the x360usb pro 2 only with usb ports so i can flash any xbox360 drive.

If you can and it is easy to you can you show me any pictures please so i understand how i can work with x360usb pro 2 only with usb ports and no with any power molex.

a lot of thanks.

That cable is included with x360usb pro 2?

And i am sorry that i don't know so many technical details of usb ports but i was thinning if that cable has more than one usb then can't it be normal power?

And when you say "Limited capabilities due to 5w limit" what exactly do you mean?

No no the only thing i want is to can flash the xbox360 drive neither dump any original xbox360 game or anything else just flash any xbox 360 drive.

Can i do this with only one usb to molex adapter?

And does this cable/adapter included with x360usb pro 2?

thanks.
