I've just PM'd Coolshrimp with the solution. It's just the wrong XeLL file for the Jasper. You can get the proper one from Xbins (jasper_6723_hack.rar) and replace the one in "JTAG Tool\XeLL Bins" (replacing the jasper.bin) and you should be good to go.
If you're using the AUD_CLAMP and/or TRAY_OPEN patches for SMC, you'll need to inject the new SMC into the XeLL file and rename it to jasperaud.bin and jasperboth.bin. IMHO there's not much point with Jaspers. Once you do the Transistor install they're pretty stable!
So that's why I got the same results.
Version 2.85 is the version you tested, right?
iv checkd this out the ibuild i have is fine and iv jtaged 4 with it without an issue..
i think your pc may be blocking ibuild
go to jtag folder and right click ibuild go properties then set it to run as admin
now it should have admin cappabilities each time its run so should maybe work for you now..
try that let me know how it goes..

I have been struggling with my Zephyrs recently still.
While the Xenon nand preparations went off without a hitch, my zephyrs will boot to Xell, but not Freeboot.
I attempted the "run as admin" with both the ibuild.exe to no avail.
I also tried running fbbuild as admin. Still black screen.

Probably not - your MFR date looks too new and that's not even getting the point of asking what dash you're on!
Ok I will also verify that freeboot 12625/jtagtool 2.85 won't run on my zephyr... Blank screen with component..... but not any red light..
XELL will boot .. I got the key (anyway I had already jtaged it with dash 16211...)
I used nandx to rewrite freeboot 12611 and everything works ok...
Could I use the falcon settings to flash Zephyr? or this will brick the console?
One more question. .. I just saw that the previous version had problems with Jaspers.... Are these FIXED in this 2.85 version?

The only issue with Jasper consoles is when you flash XeLL with JTAG tool. Just download the Jasper XeLL from xbins, rename to jasper.bin and put it in the XeLL bins folder in JTAG tool, replacing the other one.

I had one problem after create FreeBoot.bin and write back to NAND with Jtag Tool v2.85
and v2.87, FreeBoot 12625 didn't boot but XELL booted instead. How can I solve this problem ?

First of all, I apologize if my English ain't perfect...
I have a Zephyr MB with alternate soldering (AUD_CLAMP & DVD_TRAY) and without DVD Drive.
My Jtagged 360 refuses to boot into Dash 12625 (no errors, no video and no red/green lights).
If go back to Dash 12611 (made with Jtag Tool2.76/2.75) everything works fine. So, I guess not all Zephyrs are working correctly with Jtag Tool 2.87.

Yes ErTano mine is also not working with this freeboot version 12625 in both jtagtools 2.85.2.87. I want to point out that I am using the boards from Team xecuter that also have the 330/470ohm resistors.. In both cases the board DOESN'T BOOT , NO VIDEO AND NO RED LIGHTS....
JTAGTOOL2.76/FREEBOOT 12611 BOOTS OK so I supose this should be a bug in the jtag points that freeboot uses...
