Knock knock.. who's there?
It is your dear friends from Team-Xecuter with a new update for SX OS!

We know everyone has been eagerly anticipating support for firmware 7.x, some even said it would never come.. but the wait is now over!

This new 2.6 BETA of SX OS adds full support for Nintendo Switch firmware 7.x, including ALL functionality you expect when using our product. We've been pioneering our own unique and proprietary solution for defeating any future firmware protection and we're quite happy with the results so far.

This release is marked as BETA because we changed things drastically under the hood to streamline future firmware updates and some things may inadvertently behave differently.

That does not mean it hasn't been vetted at all, so give it a shot today!

Of course, we haven't been sitting idly behind the scenes either. A lot of our development resources and attention has been dedicated to bringing SX OS to those "unhackable" switches. We are working hard to bring the SX OS experience to all of you who are stuck with an "unhackable" switch. Stay tuned for more news!

Remember it is recommended to always make an NAND backup, and it is best to setup an EMUNAND, even if you don't want to use it, to have as extra 'backup', and again I must remind people that our mods and staff here are just like yourself loyal SX OS users, and NOT TX employees, they DO NOT have input on ETA or problems, from time to time they help with suggestions, but are just loyal users donating their spare time to maintain our TX community forums, so please respect them and treat them well, or they will issue bans if needed.

does the Beta needs an additional License Code?
I received my SX Pro last week, couldn't use it so far, as my Switch (used) was already FW 7.01. I booted the Switch into CFW with the 2.6 Beta, created the License_Request-File an tried to activate it online, which doesn't work. So it tried to upload the File on SX-Website, but a message told me, that i am using SX Lite.
Any Tips?

I've had the same issue trying to activate my license.

This is the first time trying to use my device since i've been on 7.01, however when trying to activate the license wirelessly or via the website its advising i'm on sx lite

Beta should not require any additional license. If you are having trouble activating on the Switch directly, they try using the SX site.

Use SX 2.5.3, I could not get my license-request.dat to work using 2.6, kept saying that I was using SX Lite and that I needed to put my license code (even though I have SX Pro). Creating the license-request.dat on 2.5.3 and activating it manually on the website worked flawlessly. After you get the license.dat, just put it on the SD card and put the 2.6 boot.dat in the SD card. And it should work flawlessly

One of our mods just used this on his virgin 7.x switch. Activated just fine.

well if you want I could send you on PM the license-request.dat that 2.6 was giving me(to see if that helps)
