From what I have read there are several people having problems with this update.

My Switch is sxos 2.9.4 FW 9.2.

Does anybody with the same configuration managed to update it with no trouble?

No issues here so far, just played a bit of "The outer World", not much since I didn't have time yet, but so far so good, I'll report back if something changes.

I went from 2.9.5 with 10.0.1 to 3.0.0 with 10.0.3 using choidujour.

Support for payloads has disappeared in v3.0.0 When trying to reboot to a payload, a turquoise screen appears.

I do not mean the corresponding option of the SX boot menu, but tools like Payload Launcher or ArgonNX. Obviously version 3.0.0 does not have warmboot support anymore.
Does this mean it can no longer be booted from Hekate?

Hi,

My firmware version is 10.0.3.
Autoloader doesn't work (error on boot). sxos directory must be deleted to boot properly.
Reboot doesn't work too. And reboot to payload doesn't work either (it was ok with SXOS 2.9.5).
Does this mean it can no longer be booted from Hekate?
It can be booted from hekate, but it is now impossible to reboot to hekate.

Ok I finally did something that fixed EMUNAND with Beta 3.0 and firmware 10.0.3. My original EMUNAND was System EMUNAND. I decided to move the EMUNAND to the SDCard and now everything works normally. I'm not sure if the Beta 3.0 is not recognizing the system EMUNAND. Now i'm back p and running with beta 3.0 and Firmware 10.0.3. No more error playing SSBU yay :)

I didn't have the config folder either. I had to take out autoloader completely in order for 10.03 sys and 10.03 emunand to work on 3.0.

Hopefully there is also autoloader in the works.

Ok, so for people like me that are on lower fware such as 9.2.0 need to delete the config folder + titles folder + autoloader in order to update the system to 10.0.4 + sx os 3.0.0 without any trouble.

Is that it?

:)

I did it and everything was ok regarding the update. However, I did not delete the config folder, just titles and autoloader related stuff.

Previous settings:

Emunand 2.9.4
FW 9.2.0

Uptaded:

Emunand 3.0.0
FW 10.0.3

I will test some games and I will share my experience later.

I updated and my switch doesn't start, error 2168-0002 I'm on fw 10.0.2. Any solution before I upgrade back to the previous version?
I dont know if someone has already replied?
I had the same issue, appeared to be the SX Autoloader.
This doesnt seem to work in 3.0.
so got to the root of your SD card > SXOS > Titles
And delete 00FF0012656180FF

With more then 1 hours testing to work SXOS 3.0.0 with OFW 10.0.3. No Emunand

SXOS 3.0.0 is working now.
SD Card is only with BOOT,dat and Licenz file
SXOS Menü (Power off + Vol +)

1. Options
2. NAND
3. Repair GPT
4. Run CFW (2.9.5)
5. Download SXOS 3.0.0
6. Restart Switch

SXOS 3.0.0 is working, now
i will test now with SXInstaller and Games.

Update:
SxInstaller works fine
Luigi´s Mansion 3 OK
Strets of Rage 4 OK
AM2R OK
MarioKart 8 OK

So I updated to SX OS 3.0 and somehow I updated while in SX OS (after SX OS 3.0 installed) updated to OFW 10.0.4 and I confirmed it installed by booting to original firmware from SX OS main boot menu. I have stealth mode activated and I was positive it was turned on.

Now games have a warning stating there is an update, is this normal? I can bypass the update warning and still play the game.

I am unsure if I just updated the emunand which I don't use, or if I actually updated to 10.0.4?

How do I get rid of the update warning?
