You need to download the file yourself. Log onto Xbins. If you need help, read through the tutorial that is linked in my signature. Then......

unrared. xbox version 1.0 file from xbins is flash X3 bios name X3_1463 i renamed it to bios.bin and in nero it changed to uppecase, mod was unprotected but it still says the name BIOS.BIN unknown flash halting! on the screen of the xbox

....Get the right bios. Your wasting your time using 1463. That is so out dated now.

Use X3_3294.rar and take the X3_3294.bin from there.

You should be right after that.

Unknown flash halting is normally your protect switch. I've never seen it relate to something else. There is unkown bios - halting and unknown flash halting.

Unknown bios means it doesn't read the bios on your disc properly. Unknown flash means the flash protect switch is in the wrong position.
