I tried searching the forums but didn't spot anything on this. I had to send my x3 out for a reflash due to the 3.0.3/1.6b issue. Is it safe to run my xbox without the X3 chip installed but with everything else soldered and connected?

Thanks.

Xbox 360 manufacture date

Hello.

Iv contacted a person in my area who deals with flashed xbox's, in order to flash mine.

I sent him an email saying i had a xbox 360 elite, manufacture date of january 2010.
He then replied saying it couldnt be flashed. How true is that?

Note: My drive is a LiteOn.

Re: Xbox 360 manufacture date

it definately can be flashed. He's just a noob modder and cannot do the MRA hack. Contact someone from this site (like me!) in the external modders section. You'll be able to find someone to MRA hack for you for like 40 bucks. If you desolder your PCB from the drive, it makes shipping like 3 bucks.

Re: Xbox 360 manufacture date

Ok thanks.

So iv checked, i got a LiteOn 16D2S (93450C).
From what i got, i need CK3 Pro and a LT Switch 1.5 (to get drive key).
Question: I got a laptop (alienware m15x area 51), wich i suppose dont got sata. Is sata needed?

Yeah im knew to this kinda of stuff, iv read some guides, etc.

Re: Xbox 360 manufacture date

you will not be able to flash with a laptop

try to find a friend that has a SATA compatible chipset on a desktop

or wait for the USB flasher from Team Xecuter
