I don't believe that this will help, but if there is absolutely nothing else I can try I will definitely consider this option.
What don't you believe? That you know more than the development team? If so then why are you here asking for help?

Now, if it stops on 2E it's glitching (yay !)

But the Zephyr itself is sh*t quality (boooo)

Reflow or better still reball BOTH the CPU and GPU.

Note: Its completely irrelevant what stock does - the stock doesn't stress the GPU/CPU like glitch does.

Ok, I will reball the CPU and come back with updates.

Do me a favor, before reballing, detach the fans, let it become a bit hot and see if it boots.

why do post this noob ?

RF is 100% correct.

Another method to check is to put the motherboard in the case, screw down xclamps, take out fan shroud, grab cpu heatsink and the part of the metal casing that holds the fan, squeeze, essentially pinching down the cpu to the mobo on that one side

Quick Note: This is obviously meant as a one-time trick for a quick boot to Xell. It's not going to keep working once you release the pressure applied.

Also, it takes quite a large amount of pressure. More than you want to do. You will see the 360 motherboard flexing.

I killed that Zephyr I was working on yesterday. But I have another one and now I'm trying to install this R-JTAG to this new one. With wires only now, as I don't have QSB anymore.

R-JTAG doesn't blink, no POST. Stock nand still boots, even with R-JTAG fully connected. I have no idea where to look. I know that FT6U7 point a little bit damaged on this board after several attempts of RGH, but there is still a contact there, I checked it thousands of times.

Is this correct by the way ?

Post 0 = FT6U1
Post 1 = FT6U7
Post 2 = FT6U6
Post 3 = FT6U5
Post 4 = FT6U4
Post 5 = FT6U3
Post 6 = FT6U2
Post 7 = FT6U8

You've soldered the POST_OUT wires to the wrong points.

Owning a multimeter would tell you what pads you should be soldering to, as they are connected to the pins on the proper POST_OUT ribbon socket.

It seems u inverted postbit 4 with 5:

0x20 =00100000
0x10 =00010000
76543210

Also did u try to warm it up, put the mb in the cage with screws, do not connect fan, let it glitch for like 2-3 mins.

Do you see it in my POST log ?
I soldered wires one by one, 4 and 5 are not twisted.

It doesn't glitch at all. Debug LED doesn't blink.

The fact that you soldered then one by one does not mean that they cant be wrong. Your post out begins with 0x20 and NOT by 0x10... thus you have an issue on postbit 4 and postbit 5...

Yep, I see, that my log starts with POST 20. Can anyone look at these two images and tell me where exactly I screwed up ?
Is the reason of debug LED not blinking in my POST soldering ?
