OMG.....HELP on off on off flashing LEDs No AV

i installed my chip and when i turn it on it turns on then off then on then off then on and then flashed the eject LED green and red and i have no audio or video......please help me im a damn nuub

for starters, tell us exactly what you did. What bios you installed? You have v1.0 xbox? etc. Noone can help you until you help us by giving detailed informations first.

right...duh, well its a 1.0 xbox x3 ce chip, followed the team xecuter install guide to a Tee, except the D0 solder part was a pain in the @$$, would a faulty solder point on D0 do all that? and since im a hardcore noob at this, i havent flashed yet, i posted in the wrong area, jumped the gun or somethin so this post probably shouldnt even be here, but i do want to know how to flash and stuff any help is greatly appreciated

I still have the same problem flashed with 1959 flash.. black screen and no audio nothing but blue lights ...If I hold down the button it goes in back up mode but I tried differnent flashes 1943 gold 1957..but the same result version 1.0 xbox with soilderless adapater but still black screen ..Itried 3029 and it flashes the xbox shuts off then I turn it back on and its back to the 3.0.1 screen ..


So to make a long story short When I flash with 1943 gold 1957 1959 black screen no audio ...

When I flash with 3029 it goes back to the 3.0.1 screen instead of a dash bord or an xbox logo ..

Or maybe there is something wrong with what am doing I should install A dash bord ..

ok. I got the idea now. Since you haven't flash any bios yet and your xbox is fragging then I bet 99% the problem is with your soldering. You also need to see if you have lifted any traces (god forbid) which also causes FRAGs. To eliminate the part about traces being lifted, try start your box with modchip off. If it boot fine, then you need to concentrate on your soldering job. Good luck.

well i have an XLCD connected to my chip.....it didnt have any instructions so i winged it, could that be a problem?

Doubt it unless you short out the chip.

well whats goin down is.....i dont know. i took everything out except the LAN and HD LED wires, theyre still soldered, and the pin header. the D0......ick....i think i fried it since its not the same size (bit bigger) and like black/dark, could be flux, but im pretty sure i f***ed that up pretty good, turned out all it was was a bad solder connection, when i removed the tape it was disconnected so i tried to resolder and.... anyways, everything is out xcept the latter, except it does the same thing as when the chip was in.....im thinking its the pin header ......any input? im about to buy a new xbox...
