You need to be using coolshrimps jtag tool it will walk you thru the whole procedure

The best thing you can do is not to mess with your Xbox at all till you read up some more it's a little silly making a post like this when the forum is packed full of good tuts that would help and it don't look like you have looked at one? You really should not start this type of mod unless you have this set right in your head first and know where your going.... Get on them tuts and you will be good to go in no time
