onboard Sata Sil3112 and a Sata pci card vt6421a

im just wonding if you can have them install at the same time or do you have to enble one at a time

like: if i wont to do samsung drive do i have to disable the onboard sata and vice versa

I would disable RAID mode on the onboard sata or disable it altogether when using the card.
